SHIPPING: OTA with M/M pref. Not interested in faceless protagonists, from TD or TWST or any other canon, they make me uncomfortable as our vision of them might be too different. My canon ship prefs are Sho/Leo and Sho/Subaru, but I'm sort of curious about Sho/Ren, and I'm okay exploring Hyde/Sho and anyone else from Darkwick, really. For crosscanon, I'm interested in other teens around his age regardless of gender. I'm okay with smut and gen.
ABOUT: Sho's a ghoul; in his canon, monsters known as Anomalies live among humans, and ghouls go to a special Harry Potter-like academy to train in ways to fight, study, and defeat them before regular humans notice their existence. Not everyone at Darkwick Academy is a ghoul, however. Ghouls are extremely rare: they're humans that once made a wish - a contract with an anomaly in exchange for something precious, and instead of losing their lives, they gained special abilities and magical powers thanks to it. Ghouls use special artifacts as their weapon, and Sho's artifact is his motorcycle Bonnie, an Anomaly that responds to Sho, and that Sho spoils with beef jerky and special dishes cooked just for her.
Sho's a delinquent and enjoys physical fights - in fact, he's the top fighter in his dorm filled with other delinquents - Vagastrom. He's one of three ghouls in his dorm along with another first year whom he's known before entering the academy: Leo. Leo's a sharp-tongued, blunt, vapid influencer and Sho's partner in crime... literally. Together they scam and extort people, with Leo being the brains and Sho being the brawn. Leo usually has outlandish plans that Sho tends to sigh and protest to, but ultimately he always caves to Leo's insistence. He has more in mind than a life of crime, however. He used the money he got with Leo to buy a food truck that he got special permission to manage inside Darkwick's vast campus, and he spends most of his free time cooking and making it presentable. He has made some genuine efforts to befriend others, but ultimately Leo ends up nipping every budding friendship Sho attempts to bloom right from the roots, especially if they look like someone Sho might like, for example the shy and elegant Subaru who Sho treats with care to not scare him away, and Leo immediately tells Sho he will be their next target to keep them from getting close. Leo is his best friend, yes, but their relationship is nothing but toxic, with Leo having full control of Sho's connections and making the lives of anyone that approaches him miserable - it's made Sho not bother attempting friendships with others.
He has a soft spot for the Anomalies working at the campus diner, often visiting them and patiently showing them how to cook despite how clumsy they are. They may not be able to speak, but Sho manages to communicate with them just fine. In contrast, he also has no qualms giving an old lady the wrong directions to the bus station simply to make her go away before she blew their cover. Ultimately, he's a bad boy with a good heart. His ghoul wish is still unknown at this point in canon.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: With his ghoul spell "Spurno" he can do... something. Honestly I still don't fucking know even though it's been explained a couple times lol so don't make me use it. He has almost superhuman strength, too. He has magical matches with him like other ghouls, which work like the MIB little mind erasing lights to make normies forget when they encounter Anomalies in the wild. His magical artifact is his motorcycle, who eats his cooking from her gas tank.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: Very strong, otherwise a normal delinquent.
